A lot of people in Pakistan access the internet primarily through their phones. Buying a new laptop or keeping a desktop running is not always practical — a phone is what most people have with them all day, and a phone is how most xe777 users actually play. That shaped every decision made in building the app.
The APK file is kept small on purpose. Eighteen megabytes is nothing compared to most social media apps. It downloads in under a minute on a standard Zong, Jazz, or Ufone 4G connection and installs in seconds. You are not committing a quarter of your phone's storage just to open a casino app.
Battery performance is also something that has been considered. Video streaming in live casino and live sports markets is the most battery-intensive feature, and that is unavoidable — HD video always uses power. But the rest of the app — navigation, loading games, managing your account — is lean. Players in Pakistan frequently use their phones for extended sessions during PSL evenings, and the app is designed to not drain the battery faster than necessary.
Keeping Your Account Secure on Mobile
Logging in with a phone comes with some unique security considerations compared to a desktop. The xe777 app supports biometric login for both Android (fingerprint) and iOS (Face ID and Touch ID). This means you can open the app and get straight into your account without typing your full password every time, while still keeping your session protected if someone else picks up your phone.
Two-factor authentication is also available and recommended for all mobile users. When you log in from a new device or after a period of inactivity, the app will prompt for an OTP sent to your registered mobile number. This prevents unauthorised access even if someone has your login details.
If you lose your phone, you can log out of all active sessions remotely from any other device by visiting the xe777 security settings. Your account balance and data remain completely safe.
Live Betting During PSL and Cricket Matches
This is where the xe777 app genuinely shines for Pakistani users. Sitting at a PSL match, watching it on TV, or following a live stream — and having a betting slip open in the app at the same time — is a natural way a lot of people engage with cricket now. The app makes that experience as smooth as possible.
Markets update continuously. Odds for common cricket bets like next wicket, runs in an over, and match winner refresh rapidly during active play. You can set your bet amount, review the potential return, and confirm in a couple of taps. There is no unnecessary confirmation screen that makes you miss the moment you wanted to bet on.
The notification system within the app will alert you when a match you have a bet on is approaching, when a wicket falls in a game you are following, or when a market closes. You can customise which notifications you receive from within the app settings.
Playing Responsibly on Mobile
Having the xe777 platform available on your phone 24/7 makes it more important than ever to stay mindful of how you are playing. The app includes the same responsible gaming tools available on the full desktop platform — session time reminders, deposit limits, and self-exclusion options. These are all accessible from the account section of the app.
If you find yourself opening the app out of habit rather than for genuine entertainment, that is worth paying attention to. Setting a daily or weekly deposit limit is a quick action that gives you more control. The xe777 platform supports players managing their own usage without judgment. Full responsible gaming guidance is also available on the Responsible Gaming page.
xe777 is an adults-only platform — players must be 18 or above to register, download the app, and play. If you have minors in your household who use your phone, consider using your device's app restrictions to prevent them from accessing the xe777 app.
